Partner Marketing Manager
Based in Dublin, our client is renowned for their continuing advancements in online technologies and is passionate about making the workplace work better for employees.
They require a Partner Marketing Manager with 5+ years of marketing experience in a technology environment directly supporting sales teams such as Field Marketing or Partner Marketing, to join them on an 11-month contract.
Our client is currently conducting all interviews online and are onboarding all new workers remotely.

What will a Partner Marketing Manager do?

Define local partner strategy and GTM in partnership with sales, for our business at scale (Commercial – through and with)

Create country partner marketing strategy and supporting cross-functional marketing plan to meet Alliances and Channels local objectives

Create and execute joint marketing campaigns resulting in measurable pipeline growth

Actively provide input to EMEA and the Global Partner Marketing teams on requirements for future campaigns and infrastructure improvements

Take part in relevant EMEA / Global projects to further enhance partner marketing operations

Build and execute joint-marketing plans that result in measurable pipeline growth and revenue

Localise and execute global partner marketing programs and campaigns in region.

Drive effective partner marketing and field marketing interlocks to enable success.

Manage partner sponsorships for strategic events

Manage local marketing agency resources to deliver partner marketing programs to the partner ecosystem at scale.
Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of marketing experience in a technology environment directly supporting sales teams such as Field Marketing or Partner Marketing

Extensive B2B partner marketing experience

Experience in managing agencies to deliver partner marketing programs at scale.
