Our client is looking for an Outsourcing Officer with 5 + years of experience working in outsourcing management to join them on a permanent contract.

In this role, you will support the Outsourcing Office and will have a chance to join a multidisciplinary team in pursuing this amazing professional challenge.

The successful candidate will be working in the office in Luxembourg.

Our client is willing to offer a salary as high as €80,000-€90,000 for the right candidate.

What will you do?

  • Governance and oversight of ongoing outsourcings within one of the leading providers of banking, depositary and custody services in Europe
  • Maintaining the overall outsourcing framework
  • Maintaining and creating the Outsourcing register
  • Support for the outsourcing responsible individuals in the departments
  • Conducting Outsourcing Committee meetings
  • Preparation of internal reports to control functions and the board of directors
  • Assisting in creating CSSF notifications and CSSF authorization requests
  • Ensuring that the outsourcings are compliant with EBA / CSSF outsourcing requirements on a constant basis

Your skills:

  • 5 + years of experience working in Outsourcing management
  • Solid understanding of the applicable regulatory environment
  • Experience in assisting in creating CSSF notifications and authorization requests and ensuring that the outsourcings are compliant with EBA / CSSF outsourcing requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems in a structured way of working
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbally and written)

Nice to have:

  • German and any other European language
  • Experience in project work
