YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Purchase Management: Take charge of processing purchase requisitions and orders, ensuring timely follow-up and expediting when necessary.
- Supplier Liaison: Be the first point of contact for daily operations with vendors, managing communication on demand, volume, and delivery times.
- Supplier Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding of suppliers into our purchasing processes, establishing smooth collaboration.
- Invoice Processing: Handle invoice mismatches that fall outside Finance/Accentur’s scope, contributing to accurate financial operations.
- Master Data Management: Maintain local raw material or vendor master data, guaranteeing accurate and up-to-date information.
YOUR PROFILE
- Procurement Expertise: Bring to the table 3-10 years of hands-on procurement experience.
- ERP Proficiency: Showcase your adeptness as an ERP and procurement key user, possessing in-depth knowledge in the field.
- Contract Management: Leverage your essential experience in contract management.
- Corporate Procurement: Highlight your involvement in implementing corporate procurement strategies.
- Complex Organization: Navigate your extensive work experience in complex organizational structures.
- Negotiation Skills: Showcase your negotiation prowess.
- Cost Analysis: Illustrate your ability to analyze and manage costs effectively.
- Operational Exposure: Draw from your exposure to manufacturing or service operations.
Working proficiency in Dutch language is a must.
