Based in Dublin, our client is a world leader in providing consulting, information technology, and outsourcing services. This company continues to grow and expand its dynamic team.
Our client is currently conducting all interviews online and is onboarding all new workers remotely.
They require an Online Content Analyst with fluency in Dutch & English, to join them on a permanent basis.

What does the Ideal Candidate look like?
- Fluency in Dutch & English
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent
What will an Online Content Analyst do?
- Review user reports regarding website content
- Analyse and identify content on creator channels that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely manner
- Make well-balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries according to defined policies and procedures
- Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content
- Gather, analyse, and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve overall user experience
- Use market specific knowledge, signals, and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of user community
- Review of sensitive content
