An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Receptionist to join a global manufacturer of waterproofing, insulation, soundproofing, and roof garden solutions. This company has been supporting the construction industry for over 110 years and is looking for a talented individual to join their team in Ireland.

Contract: permanent
Salary: up to 30,000 euros per annum
VISA: no sponsorship, must hold permanent residency or citizenship
Location: South Dublin, fully on-site

Job Function:
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders from customers via phone and email, creating and managing orders in internal tool, creating and managing customer invoices, and communicating with customers, internal, and external stakeholders to successfully manage customer orders and deliver a great customer experience.
Other duties will include answering phone calls, drafting, formatting, and printing relevant documents, photocopying and filing appropriate documents as needed, managing the reception area, and looking after visitors.

Must Have Skills:

  • 1+ years of experience in Front-office/corporate reception. Open to graduates
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM systems
