We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Science Partner for our client who aim to help all businesses grow by transforming marketing practices grounded in data and science.
This role is a client facing position where you will meet and work directly with clients.

The successful candidate should be a measurement professional, with marketing analytics experience to drive the client’s measurement strategy across more than 150 accounts. We are specifically searching for a candidate with strong analytical skills and operational excellence to develop and implement horizontal and vertical measurement programs across various strategic verticals.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about advertising, intellectually curious, and able to move fast while keeping focused on high impact projects and making decisions founded and backed by Data. The person in the role should demonstrate a strong understanding of the media landscape and ability to apply quantitative techniques to understand consumer behaviour and advertising effectiveness.


  • Lead scaled strategic measurement programs across the book of business, including designing, building, activating, tracking, and evaluating horizontal and vertical measurement programs.
  • Coordinate, align and drive program implementation internally amongst Marketing Science Partners & Cross Functional Teams and externally with clients,
  • Drive internal and external measurement and measurement program expertise through the building, customising, and delivering training materials to sales teams, clients, and agencies.
  • Engage in client conversations, presentations of results, and consult internally with the sales teams to advise them on marketing best practices using evidence-based insights,
  • Design and maintain tools and systems to track progress and impact of clients and programs launched.
  • Drive clients to measure true business value by operationalising analyses and research that will prove the value of the advertising business product and platform offered.

Qualifications Required:

  • 4+ years’ experience in research, analytics, ad effectiveness, performance marketing, project management
  • Experience in leading, developing and activating scaled programs across multiple regions & stakeholders.
  • An understanding of online advertising and familiarity with branding and performance advertising and marketing frameworks, including ad effectiveness measurement techniques
  • Experience with statistical analysis, including but not limited to experimental design, modelling, or advertising research.
  • Demonstrated problem solving experience with experience providing business insights and recommendations from data sets.

Experience needed:

  • Familiar with research methodologies (geo-tests, A/B tests, multivariate tests, Randomised Control Trial experiments, econometrics)
  • Experience extracting data from large/complex databases with SQL and visualisation.
  • Experience of inspiring action based on data-driven insights including influencing advertiser planning and buying behaviour.
  • Experience working independently, managing multiple concurrent projects, and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience building connections with customers and team members through effective communication and collaborating cross-functionally
  • A track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
  • To have an understanding of advertisement and marketing performance and advise on strategy development and change by using data extracted with various tools including SQL.

  • Comfortable communicating complex topics to a technical and non-technical audience.

Preferred experience (but not a must):

  • Fluency in Russian
