Our client is on the lookout for a seasoned Marketing Project Manager to report to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations and manage Pan-EMEA events and process optimization initiatives implementations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pan-EMEA Events
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of key pan-EMEA events to support the successful execution of deliverables
- Develop and manage comprehensive event project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, functional department heads, vendors, and partners.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the event planning and execution process.
- Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on time and risks
- Audit program once completed, determine improvements, and implement process change.
Process Optimization initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our client’s work management solution-related inquiries and issues within the EMEA region; and conduct regular reviews of their work management solution processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Identify opportunities to optimize Marketing Operating model processes and workflows, driving efficiency and productivity across the EMEA region.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of experience in managing marketing projects
- PMP or a similar certification
- Proficiency in project management tools (Workfront, Basecamp, Asana or similar)
- Experience in events nice to have
- Process optimisation experience
