Marketing Project Manager
Location: London, UK
Contract: Fixed term – 12 months, with a possibility of extension
Type: This is a hybrid role with 50% of time expected to be onsite in their London office.

What will the Marketing Project Manager do?
- As our Marketing Project Manager, you’ll be the mastermind behind the successful completion of projects.
- You’ll build project plans and schedules like a virtuoso, supporting the flawless execution of campaigns, graphic designs, captivating copywriting, print materials, website updates, content migrations, and even global initiatives. No task is too big or too small for you!
- Your superpower will be ensuring that all deliverables align perfectly with the project scope and goals. You’ll embrace the role of a day-to-day project champion, skilfully tracking milestones, managing task dependencies, and fearlessly tackling any issues that may arise.
- But wait, there’s more! You’ll be the maestro of status meetings, orchestrating agendas, highlighting key milestones, and driving issue resolution. With your magic touch, you’ll keep all stakeholders and cross-functional teams (think marketing, creative, digital, web production, QA, localization, advertising, and more!) on the same page, ensuring priorities are crystal clear and everyone’s efforts are harmoniously coordinated.
- Communication will be your secret weapon. You’ll maintain constant contact with all project stakeholders, fostering inter-departmental alignment, optimizing resources, facilitating smooth handoffs, and ensuring unwavering project consistency.
What does the Ideal Candidate look like?
- 3-5 years in business to business marketing with proven project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in multi-national corporate environment is essential and agency would be a plus.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing lifecycle from planning, creative, digital production, and promotion project management and technologies.
- Proven experience leading pan-EMEA DemandGen projects with ability to understand marketing briefs and work with cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal skills, to build positive collaboration of cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Google docs, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.)
Beneficial to have:
- Understanding of SaaS and/or enterprise software digital marketing a plus.
- PMP certification is a plus.
