They are currently seeking two Kibana Developers to maintain Kibana dashboards for IT operations.
The Role: As a Kibana Developer, you’ll create and maintain tailored dashboards for IT operations, emphasizing monitoring, alerting, and performance analysis. Your role involves integrating log data and metrics into Elasticsearch for efficient visualization in Kibana, as well as configuring alerting rules to notify IT teams of potential issues.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain tailored Kibana dashboards for IT operations, focusing on monitoring, alerting, and performance analysis.
- Support seamless integration of log data and metrics into Elasticsearch for accurate data visualization in Kibana.
- Configure and maintain alerting rules in Kibana for notifying IT operations teams of potential issues or anomalies.
- Optimize Kibana dashboard performance to ensure rapid data retrieval and visualization.
- Collaborate with IT operations, QA, and developer teams to understand monitoring and data visualization needs.
- Provide training and ongoing support for IT operations teams in creating and using Kibana dashboards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed dashboards, including configuration guidelines and troubleshooting tips.
- Participate in incident response activities, utilizing Kibana dashboards for rapid issue identification and resolution.
- Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in Kibana and Elasticsearch, implementing enhancements and upgrades as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in developing Kibana dashboards and canvases, with a focus on IT operations.
- In-depth knowledge of Kibana, Elasticsearch, and the Elastic stack with particular regard to Elastic Observability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in relevant query languages like Elastic Query DSL, KQL, SQL.
- Experience with log shipping and data ingestion tools like Filebeat and Logstash.
