We are currently seeking a motivated IT Customer Service Representative to join our client based in Dublin City Centre.
Our client, a US multinational offer cloud solutions focusing on automation, customer experience, and technology excellence by developing and providing products that enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.
As an IT Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing support for the ServiceNow platform to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Log multiple cases on the IT Service Desk and maintaining details of any software / hardware problems detected.
- Provide technical support regarding the ServiceNow CRM by answering customer inquiries, solving problems, and providing product information via case, phone or e-mail.
- Represent peers in training sessions.
- Escalating to internal or external stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts when necessary.
- Supporting users in the use of the ServiceNow platform by providing necessary advice and/or training.
Skills & Requirements:
- Prior experience in a Customer HUB or Customer Care function for an Enterprise Software or SaaS environment is highly desired.
- A good understanding of the ServiceNow platform is an advantage.
- Experience with using and troubleshooting SaaS applications.
