HR Manager (Mandarin)

You have been working as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner for more than 5 years in Ireland and you are ready for the next step in your professional career?

Our client, a leading mobile and internet services provider, is looking for an HR Expert to join their expanding team in Dublin, to take charge of the HR compliance management process for the divisions in Ireland, Germany, the UK, France, Poland, and Budapest.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise within the HR gained in Ireland and you will assist in the development and operation of HR compliance policies and processes (payroll, visa, benefits) in other above-listed countries.

Your role will involve:

  • Participating in HR compliance risk identification and assessment, risk mitigation, and compliance.
  • Supporting the deployment and implementation of HR compliance management subsidiaries; designing, releasing, implementing, and evaluating regulations on visa, compensation, benefits, allowances, and labour contracts in each country.
  • Developing compliance capabilities in the HR domain, including policies, tools, business processes, data planning, execution/monitoring, and lifecycle management.
  • Gaining insight into the industry’s policies and practices in compliance management, workforce management, and compensation and benefits management, and continuously optimising the company’s compliance management operations.
  • Helping managers improve their diversified team management capabilities and handle labour relationship incidents such as complaints from local employees.

Minimum Requirements:

  • HR degree obtained in Ireland
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • 5+ years of working experience gained in Ireland in the HR position
  • Experience in overseeing visa policies/law policies and familiarity with complex visa situations
  • Experience communicating with external suppliers (agencies)
