Based in Ireland, our client is a world leading online accommodation marketplace who are at the forefront of their industry.

They are looking for a Talent Manager with French and a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.

Model: Remote
Salary: Up to €103,000
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (Possibility for Extension)

Our client is currently conducting all interviews online and are onboarding all new workers remotely.

What will a Talent Manager with French do?
 

  • Collaborate with Business Talent (HBRP) teams to align with Employee Experience/People strategy for designated client groups. Serve as a primary HR contact for aligned business teams, addressing and resolving people matters through strategic decision-making.
  • Receive, analyze, and devise plans to effectively handle a diverse range of employee issues. Work closely with relevant EX partners as necessary.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to both people managers and employees, offering functional advice on intervention. Foster workforce development to enhance operational effectiveness in line with business growth and scaling.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to facilitate successful conflict resolution when required.
  • Work alongside EX Centers of Expertise to coordinate, manage, and support recurring programs, such as performance management, annual compensation reviews, talent assessments, and employee feedback sessions. Share insights and process feedback with COE teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and comprehend key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to effectively manage performance, identify trends, and assess impact.

What does the Ideal Candidate look like?

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience in fast moving, high growth, global companies.
  • Fluent English and French speaker
  • Deep experience/expertise in 2+ functional HR areas (HRBP, Compensation, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Organization Development, HR Operations, etc.).
  • BA/BS degree in HR related field; MA/MS preferred. Educational specialization is highly preferred (HR Management, Organizational Behaviour, Organization Development, Employment Law, Statistics, Business, etc).
  • Experience using Workday is highly preferred.
