HR Administrator (Mandarin)
Our client a leading, international internet services provider is looking for a HR Administrator with fluent Mandarin, to join their expanding team in Dublin.
This role will initially be on a 12-month contract with a view to extension.

What will a HR Administrator do?
- Onboarding and Offboarding: take full ownership of their onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Global Mobility Processes: Managing Critical Skills Work Permit applications and VISA processes from start to finish.
- Systems Administration: Act as systems administrator for all HR systems and keep employee records updated.
- HR Point of Contact: Act as the point of contact and administration support for all employees on any documentation required (mortgage applications / employer references / landlord references/salary increases etc.).
- People Analytics: Provide regular HR reporting and employee data analysis to HRD/HR Managers.
- Employee Engagement: Take a lead role in the OEC Committee, organising and participating in HR events and other HR initiatives and activities internally.
- Career Development & Performance Management: Act as point of contact for scheduling/coordinating 3rd party training and support the business during talent management and career development processes.
- Compensation & Benefits: Assist in healthcare benefits renewal processes, annual salary benchmarking, issue paperwork regarding compensation and benefits to employees, work with HRD/ other HR Manager and Team on the design and rollout of new benefit schemes.
- Talent Acquisition: Limited recruitment, screening CVs and carrying out first round HR interviews, issuing contracts and offer paperwork.
- Employee Relations: Act as a witness/scribe during HR investigations or disciplinary procedures, if required. Act as an advisor to the business on basic employment law queries.
You must have as a minimum:
- 1+ year HR work experience
- Great English and Mandarin (written &spoken)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
