What You’ll Do:
As the GRC Integrity Program Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in defining and managing the scope of key projects across an integrity programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Define project scopes and develop, execute, and manage comprehensive project plans. You’ll prioritise program goals and translate stakeholder needs into tangible outcomes, guiding teams with minimal oversight.
- Spearhead the execution of risk and compliance activities, including statutory risk assessments, regulatory information requests, control design and testing, and more: – You’ll ensure the client stay ahead of regulatory requirements and maintain commitment to integrity.
- Act as the central hub between GRC, Legal, Regulatory Offices, and first-line business teams. You’ll serve as the Integrity subject matter expert, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across all functions.
- Develop and monitor risk and compliance infrastructures, including operating models, risk registers, transparency reports, and control frameworks. Your work will be instrumental in building a resilient and compliant organisation.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape impacting our Integrity teams. You’ll translate changes into actionable project work, ensuring the client remain compliant and agile in the face of evolving regulations.
- Establish streamlined communication models with Integrity stakeholders. You’ll keep everyone informed with project statuses, updates, and solicit input to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Track key program metrics, identify critical deviations, and take corrective actions as necessary. Your vigilance will ensure timelines and goals are met.
- Ensure all documents are generated in accordance with internal standards, are submission-ready, and properly archived. You’ll help maintain impeccable records to support compliance efforts.
- Identify gaps in strategies, systems, and processes. You’ll drive continuous improvement to support growth at scale and ensure integrity standards are upheld.
- Collaborate with ISSO GRC and Integrity teams to drive impactful results. Your work will ensure mutual goals are achieved and reputation for integrity is preserved.
- Create and facilitate presentations that support management understanding and influence decision-making at the highest levels.
What You’ll Bring:
- 7+ years in integrity, content policy, transparency reporting, governance, compliance, or risk management.
- Proven experience in Integrity or Trust and Safety, with a deep understanding of compliance precepts, practices, and solutions.
- 3+ years of program management experience in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with global content regulations, content moderation
