Fund Accountant – Private Equity

We are looking for a Fund Accountant – Private Equity with 2+ years of experience as a Fund Accountant working with private equity, private credit fund, direct investment fund, fund of fund or real asset  and fluency in written and spoken English., to join their expanding team in Poland.

Location: You will be working remotely from the territory of Poland with occasional visits to the office in Krakow or Gdansk.

About the role: You will supervise daily Fund Accounting processes ( Cash Bookkeeping and Cash Reconciliations, accounting for accruals, prepayments and valuations, Period End Reporting including NAV Calculations).

About you: You have very strong Analytical skills and experience in private equity, private credit fund, direct investment fund, fund of fund or real asset  . Business analysis or data analysis background would be great!

3 MUST HAVE skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Knowledge of private equity and implementation
  • Fluent English

What will you do?

  • Supervise daily PERA Fund Accounting processes ( Cash Bookkeeping and Cash Reconciliations, accounting for accruals, prepayments and valuations, Period End Reporting including NAV Calculations)
  • Review associates work
  • Provide excellent client service
  • Direct interactions with both clients and business partners in Home Sites.
  • Promote risk awareness, assessment and control within team
  • Participating in system testing and implementation of improvements
  • Delivering trainings
  • Provide regular feedback to  manager and more senior colleagues
  • Report any staff performance issues to manager, etc.

???????You must have as a minimum:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Fund Accountant working with private equity, private credit fund, direct investment fund, fund of fund or real asset
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

Beneficial:

  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CPA qualified or partially qualified will be an advantage.
