Our client, a global leader in technology is seeking a highly motivated Financial Accountant to join their team in Dublin. This is a contract position in their Finance department, offering an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to contribute to a multinational organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and experience in multinational accounting. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, energetic, and able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. The successful candidate should be a

Responsibilities:
- Manage compliance reporting for multiple EMEA entities.
- Support the preparation of Corporation tax and VAT returns.
- Oversee the preparation of Statutory Financial Statements.
- Assist in the coordination of Statutory Audits.
- Review the work of our outsourced partners.
- Support the Finance team in designing, testing, and implementing financial reporting systems, tools, and processes.
- Initiate, lead, and manage process improvement projects to enhance scalability.
Requirements:
- Strong team player comfortable working in a diverse and remote team environment.
- 2-3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Relevant industry experience with a large, fast-growing multinational company is preferred, but not required.
- Solid knowledge of US GAAP and local GAAP is desirable.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong computer and analytical skills.
- Excellent planning, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Highly organized and committed to continuous improvement.
- Recognized accounting qualification.
