Finance Support Specialist

 

Based in the heart of Dublin’s Silicon Docks (Dublin 2), our client has been at the forefront in changing the internet and online technologies as we know it.

 

This will be a hybrid working role between remote and onsite.

 

They require a Finance Support Specialist with 1 years of experience working in a Finance Operations role, to join them initially on an 11-month contract.

 

The ideal candidate will work through large volumes of operational sales activities (supporting a multi-billion-dollar global business) heavily focused on Financial Operations, related to Billing, Collections, Payments & Contracting. Sales Engine Representatives support the needs of our client’s global sales team and publishers through our client’s ticket queue management system and by collaborating in a highly cross-functional work environment, with Sales, Product, Finance Operations & Engineering.

What will a Finance Support Specialist do?  

· Support sales users through our client’s customer service tools.

· Troubleshoot account issues and provide administration support including, but not limited to re-calculating invoices, contract creation support.

· Identify areas to contribute to the team goal of realizing operational efficiency gains by streamlining FinOps processes.

· Reviewing & adjusting invoicing.

· Supporting Manual Billing initiatives to ensure accurate accounting procedures.

· Curation of Standard/ Non-Standard Contracts.

· Supporting the automation of billing workflow.

· Liaising on behalf of our Sales teams, directly with the partner in relation to respective billing queries.

 

What does the Ideal Candidate look like?              

· 1+ years’ experience working in a Finance Operations role (e.g. Customer Billing, Collections, Payments Processing, Contracting, etc.)

· Ability to work through large volumes of support requests

· Broad understanding of online advertising solutions (i.e. ad serving, monetization).
