On behalf of MAN Energy Solutions, Allen Recruitment is looking for a Finance Manager to join the Finance Department based in Antwerp.
As a full-time Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of the financial policies and the realisation of the periodical financial reports for the office in Antwerp.
Key duties
▪ Contribute as a member of the management team to the development of the general strategic policy.
▪ Draw up the budget for MAN Energy Solutions Belgium NV, monitor compliance with it, and make agreements about it with the Head Office.
▪ Produce periodical financial reports for management information and financial audits.
▪ Assess and check the financial data necessary for this.
▪ Identify irregularities and abnormal movements.
▪ Analyse financial data, present and explain financial reports, and advise the Managing Director about any action to be taken.
▪ Handle the submission of tax returns.
▪ Consult with the tax inspector about tax assessments.
▪ Arrange the necessary auditor’s reports.
▪ VAT reporting.
▪ Annual statutory reporting.
▪ Control the input for the salary administration.
▪ Handle the monthly and annual returns for income tax and other national insurance contributions.
▪ Responsible for periodical reports on financial information.
▪ Approaching debtors in the right way.
▪ Motivating and coaching the employees in the department.
▪ Fulfilment of the financial obligations.
Professional Qualifications
▪ Bachelor or Master degree in finance.
▪ 4 to 8 years of related work experience as a finance manager.
▪ Competence in MS Office, Teams, SAP SBO.
▪ Knowledge of financial administrative rules and procedures.
▪ Knowledge of taxation and national insurance regulations.
▪ Knowledge of accountancy principles and methods.
▪ Fluency in Dutch and English.
