Our client, a global engineering company that provides innovative solutions for a wide range of industries, is seeking Farming Machinery Field Technician to join their team.
This will initially be a 12-month fixed-term contract position, with the potential for permanent employment.
In this role, you will visit customers who use farm equipment, providing maintenance and troubleshooting services on-site. You’ll work with a variety of farming equipment, including milking equipment, automatic feeding and herd management systems.
To qualify for this position, you should have a degree in agricultural mechanization, electromechanics, or mechanics, and be interested in dairy farming with a good knowledge of technology. You should be ideally located at De Kempen region or between Antwerp and Lindburg and hold a valid driver’s license.
As a successful candidate, you will be proactive, able to work independently, and have strong organizational skills. You will also have a flexible work attitude, enabling you to determine priorities and adapt to changing working conditions.
