Overview
Our client is a Swedish founded, Dutch multinational conglomerate that designs and sells ready-to-assemble furniture, kitchen appliances and home accessories, among other useful goods and occasionally home services. They are currently running an Omni Channel Planning initiative aimed at improving their supply chain planning capabilities. As an Enterprise Business Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing the business architecture for this strategic initiative.
Role Description
As the Enterprise Business Architect, you will be responsible for aligning and translating the company’s strategic objectives into key decisions, describing the business capabilities, gaps and maturity uplifts, and co-developing the complete business solution in collaboration with the Tech Architects, Product, Engineering, Data, UX and Business leaders.
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience in business architecture, with a strong understanding of business capabilities, processes and their alignment to technology
- Expertise in supply chain planning, forecasting and demand management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Speak Dutch fluently
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience in Omni-channel retail or e-commerce operations
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and modelling tools
