The Role
As an Account Coordinator, you’ll support the Global Media Sales team by managing ticket requests, handling escalations, and driving search optimizations. You’ll focus on delivering excellence, ensuring compliance, and collaborating to solve problems.
Your Responsibilities
- Sales Account Team Support: Perform a variety of tasks, including Excel creation and analysis, optimization identification, customer account analysis, PBi dashboard creation, and account administration.
- Client Reporting: Build and deliver all client-facing reporting requests for the Account team.
- Creative Coordination: Work with Ops teams on creative flighting and changes.
- Request Tracking: Use a ticketing system to track all requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure tasks are completed.
- Process Adherence: Follow established processes and guidelines diligently.
- Account Health: Review account health and provide optimization recommendations.
What We Are Looking For
- 1+ years search or digital media experience.
- Fluency in English
- 1-2+ years in a sales / customer service role.
- Experienced using Excel to analyse information, including data manipulation, VLOOKUP’s, creating and using pivot tables, and data analysis.
Conditions:
- Location: Dublin, Ireland
- Model: Remote in Ireland
- Contract: Agency temporary worker (PAYE)
- Duration: initially until end of June 2025, potential extension
- Pay: Up to € 36.8 k/year
