Our client is a US multinational company offering cloud solutions that focus on automation, customer experience, and technology excellence. They develop and provide products that enhance productivity and workflow efficiency. They are currently looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for an 11-months PAYE contract with the chance of extension, in a hybrid model in Dublin.

As an IT Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in supporting users and ensuring a positive customer experience on the client’s platform. You’ll leverage your strong communication skills to answer customer inquiries, solve problems, and provide valuable training and advice.

Salary is up to 32.9K yearly gross pro-rata.

What You’ll Do

  • Log customer issues and manage details of reported software and hardware problems.
  • Provide technical support for the ServiceNow CRM platform through cases, phone calls, and emails.
  • Represent your team in training sessions and share your knowledge with colleagues.
  • Escalate complex issues to internal or external stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Assist users in navigating and utilizing the ServiceNow platform to its full potential.

Who You Are

  • You have prior experience in a customer service role within an enterprise software or SaaS environment.
  • You possess a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform (an advantage).
  • You have experience using and troubleshooting SaaS applications.
  • You are a clear and concise communicator with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
