Your Role and Responsibilities:
As the Vehicle Rental Sales Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of both the office and their team of counter agents. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Creating an optimal environment to cater to customers’ needs.
- Guiding and directing the team: managing schedules, setting individual objectives, leading daily briefings that factor in fleet availability and team goals, addressing team needs, training and mentoring new team members, and fostering talent retention.
- Championing the implementation of sales and quality processes according to company standards, fostering team-wide awareness of terms and conditions.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service by overseeing sales and contracts, handling claims, evaluating damages, ensuring team goals are met, and equipping your team with the tools and equipment they need for success.
- Maintaining daily fleet availability by managing returns, safeguarding keys, and preparing vehicles for rental, collaborating seamlessly with other departments to achieve shared objectives.
Qualities We Value:

- Deep knowledge of mobility products and services.
- Possession of a Category B driver’s license.
- Prior experience in the Rental Car industry.
