As a Customer Experience Specialist, you won’t just be a part of the team; you’ll be a key player in ensuring customers have the most exceptional experience possible. Your mission? To track and resolve customer cases, dig into common issues, and refine the service processes based on invaluable customer feedback.

Your role will involve:

  • Follow up with customers, especially when an issue requires a bit more attention, keeping them in the loop throughout the resolution process.
  • Develop improvement actions, coordinating with different departments to solve problems and ensure speedy issue resolution.
  • Monitor ongoing customer interactions, making sure their needs are met, and services are aligned.
  • Review the data collected from VOC tools to modify it with the right classify, to keep the tool improve classification accuracy.
  • Identify common top issues, analyze root causes, and develop improvement plans until they all closed.
  • Track the consumers’ cases that have not closed, and follow up until all closed
  • Improve the service process and satisfaction based on voice of consumers

You must have as a minimum:

  • 2+ years customer service experience, ideally in an internet type company or support their clients (Voxpro, CPL etc)
  • Native speaker of German and/or French
  • Fluent English level
  • Business experience of translating written material from English to additional language
  • Strong IT skills

Conditions:

  • Contract duration: 12 months
  • Location: Madrid
  • Working model: Fully onsite
