Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll be the orchestrator of seamless operations, taking the lead in overseeing essential organizational and administrative aspects.
- You will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing various music projects.
- You will collaborate closely with artists, producers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful planning and execution of music projects.
- Beyond this, you’ll be a contributing force in program management, crafting timelines, and crafting operational tools that are instrumental in ensuring the triumph of our projects.
You’ll embark on this exciting journey with us through an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, and there’s potential for it to blossom into something more enduring.
You will be working remotely from Warsaw with an option to visit the office as often as you prefer and for occasional team meetings.
Your Qualifications:
- Your experience collaborating with artists or labels is the melody of your artistry.
- Your grasp of music production processes and industry trends sets the rhythm.
- Your exceptional organizational and multitasking skills compose a grand orchestration.
- A conductor of communication, organization, and follow-up skills, you lead with finesse.
- Your verbal and written communication skills create a harmonious duet, performed fluently in both English and Polish.
- You perform with virtuoso precision in computer applications, wielding Excel, PowerPoint, and Word as your instruments of harmony.
