Role Background:
CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Specialist
Support for product teams and markets to increase maturity level in product teams that already have started or onboard new product team and markets to start working with A/B testing. The CRO team  is a global function supporting global product teams and markets to adopt to an experimentation culture, our function is seen as Centre of Excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively optimize the digital channel with the customer experience map in mind based on concrete facts gathered from other functions within the markets
  • Analyzing and reviewing our digital touchpoints to identify opportunities and define, execute and follow up test plans in collaboration with UX specialists, developers and product owners, to capitalize on these opportunities
  • Support other digital functions in defining hypotheses and implementing AB and multivariate tests
  • Gain insights from combining outcomes from quantitative and qualitative tests by working together with UX specialists and Data and web analysts
  • Work very closely with data & analytics teams to follow up tests and improve the way of working in setting the right KPIs during the early stages of optimization and testing initiatives
  • Share insights with key stakeholders in the organization on how to improve conversion, the customer experience and contribute to the prioritization and decision-making process regarding development
  • Be an ambassador for “test & learn” thinking within the organization, helping to build understanding by helping to build understanding relationships and educate the organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive and diverse experience working with conversion rate optimization
  • Demonstrable experience in formulating hypotheses and developing A/B and MVT tests
  • Demonstrable experience in working in and digital agency, digital department or Ecommerce team
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively organize, priorities and manage multiple demanding tasks and initiatives in parallel
  • Demonstrated conceptual and logical abilities; proven ability to think creatively as well as strategically and tactically
  • Ability to train and coach others in the basics of conversion rate optimization tactics and ways of working
  • Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders’ Excellent language skills in written and spoken English

Working in a A/B testing tolls preferable Optimizely or similar
Data analytics tool such as GA and Contentsquare|

Top 3 requirements:

  • Knowledge of CRO tool is a must preferable Optimizely that is the preferred tool
  • Strong communication skills and processes.
  • Analytical, can translate insight to understandable
