Contracts Coordinator
Based in the heart of Dublin’s Silicon Docks (Dublin 2), our client has been at the forefront in changing the internet and online technologies as we know it.
This will be a hybrid working role between remote and onsite.
They require a Contracts Coordinator with 3+ years experience in a contract’s admin/program management role, to join them on a contract for a period of 11 months, to execute contracts on internal tools.

What will a Contracts Coordinator do?
· Work closely with the strategic partner development managers to execute Contracts on internal tools
· Collaborate cross functionally with legal and deal governance to seek approvals and see the contract through to completion
· Build and cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, both with strategic partner managers and cross functional stakeholders to improve process efficiency and throughput
· Identify and executive on opportunities to drive innovation in contracting process for sales teams
What does the Ideal Candidate look like?
· 3+ years experience in a contract’s admin/program management role
· Strong stakeholder management experience
· Experience executing deals & contracts highly beneficial
