Role Description
The Contract Support Specialist will be responsible for facilitating alignment and communication between sales teams and internal stakeholders, validating contractual packages, and cultivating best practices. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex processes. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, supporting the development and execution of commercial structures for direct deals between our client and end customers.
Must Have Skills
- 3+ years experience in a Contract Admin/Negotiation, Deal Desk or similar role with significant exposure to Sales and Operations teams.
- Ability to navigate within complex processes and in multiple tools.
- Legal Background beneficial
Nice to Have Skills
- Commercial and/or Legal background
- Knowledge of Data Protection and Security concepts in Cloud Computing
- Cloud Compute Contracts knowledge
- Commercial structuring experience
