Role Description
The Communications Specialist will be responsible for managing internal channels and platforms, supporting executive communications, and overseeing the delivery of regional employee webinars and quarterly hybrid EMEAL All Hands sessions. This role requires a high-energy, hands-on approach, with a focus on project management and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager of Communications EMEA LATAM and will be instrumental in driving effective communication strategies across the region.
Must Have Skills
- 5+ years of communications experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong project management and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in internal communications tools and platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience in operations or project management
- Prior experience in large, fast-paced corporate settings, preferably in Technology/High Tech
- Creative skills with design and/or videography tools
- Experience working with international and dispersed teams
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Zoom and Google Suite
