Based in Dublin, our client has been at the forefront of changing mobile and cloud technologies as we know it. They are an acceleration platform for tech start-ups. Its purpose is to incubate and accelerate start-ups to become tomorrow’s scale-ups.
They require a Cloud Data Center Service Operator with at least 2 years of experience in Data Center support to join their team on a 12-month contract with a chance for an extension. The person will be supporting a Data Center based in City West Dublin.

What will a Cloud Data Center Service Operator do?
You will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the cloud data center site, inspection of on-site data center and equipment health checks, verification of IDC supplier acceptance, hardware delivery, initialization tasks, management equipment receipt and delivery, on-site hardware assets, consumables safety, accuracy guarantee of warehouse information, inbound and outbound third-party authorization, and regular reports to customers.
What does the Ideal Candidate look like?
- 2- 3 years of experience in Data Center support
Previous experience with:
- Server Operation and Maintenance
- Network Management
- Data Center management
- System Integration Delivery
- X86 server architecture and understand the basic principles of network devices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, working e-flow documents report.
- Manual Handling (ability to lift up to 20kg)
- Driving licence preferred
- Mandarin language preferred
