Client Solutions Manager

Based in Milan, Italy, our client is renowned for their continuing advancements in online technologies that have changed the world. An ambitious, fast paced forward thinking company with very creative culture.

This role be onsite in Milan.

They require a Client Solutions Manager with 4+ years experience in a partnership role directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies, to join them on a contract until December 2022.

The Client Solutions Manager partners with clients to make sure they are successful on using their platforms.

· Act as a Marketing Solutions Expert for international and global partners

· In partnership with Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners

· Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership

· Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of their Platform solutions

· Build and manage relationships with both C-Suite and specialist stakeholders in clients and agencies (media, creative, FMP, etc.)

· Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams

· Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators

· Drives product innovation based upon market trend and emerging needs of key partners

· Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery

· Project Management and oversee internal Operations

· Ability to travel as needed.

What does the Ideal Candidate look like?                        

· 4+ years’ experience working in a partnership role directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies

· Data analysis experience (Excel/reporting)

· Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and international partners

· Fluency in Italian and English

· Demonstrated knowledge of data and technology solutions, ad-tech, product partnerships desirable

· Background in Fashion Commerce beneficial
