Campaign Marketing Manager

Based in Dublin, our client is renowned for their continuing advancements in online technologies and is passionate about making the workplace work better for employees.

They require a Campaign Marketing Manager with 5+ years of relevant marketing experience in the B2B technology industry with a solid ability to strategically develop integrated campaigns, programs, and activities, to join them on an 11-month contract.

They are a fun, fast-paced team who works on growing and driving marketing strategy. They are partnering with Product & Solutions Marketing, Demand Marketing, and the wider organization.

Our client is currently conducting all interviews online and are onboarding all new workers remotely.

What will a Campaign Marketing Manager do?

· Responsible for campaign creation and planning. It will involve working with the Campaign Director, and internal and external stakeholders. Campaign Marketing Manager will grow end-to-end global campaigns.

· Responsible for Personas development. It will involve working with product marketing and content teams to define personas and bring them to life, helping to create segmented lists for the various customer journeys.

· Collaborating with stakeholders. It will involve collaboration with marketing teams in a particular region, to understand the needs and be able to adapt to them.

· Management of the content and creation of the content. It will involve collaboration across various teams, for example, digital, social, communications, and operations.

  • Responsible for analytics of the campaign. It will involve working closely with the operations team to ensure all-important requirements are achieved for performance reports.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience in B2B technology industry with a solid ability to strategically develop integrated campaigns, programs, and activities.
  • Exceptional project management skills coupled with a particular desire to manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools; ability to bring in innovative ideas and best practices, with an emphasis on integrated marketing.
