  • Research the market on companies that can potentially be good partners
  • Due diligence on those companies – eg capabilities, emp count, products, services etc
  • Look into the competitive partner landscape
  • Build a data set that can help make informed decision
  • Understand Partners’ business to decide on a fitment with our partner program
  • Make recommendations to the team on the shortlist and prioritization

Deal Making

  • Build contact and relationship with the CXOs of the prospective Partners
  • Use your experience and consultative BD skills to pitch the program and show the value to the partners
  • Build trust such that partners share their business details and engage with you
  • Build business plans with interested partners
  • Work with Channel Managers on signing the partnership and onboarding them


  • 2+ year of experience in sales or business development or consulting, preferably in technology industry
  • Native / Fluency in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Highly motivated, tenacious and detail oriented
  • Additional European language is a plus (French/German, Dutch)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or commercial qualifications
  • Knowledge of Financial SaaS products/industry will be an advantage
