- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with media companies, broadcasters, film studios, and digital publishers in Northern Europe. Create a clear vision and strategy for educating partners on their platforms, products, and innovative technologies.
- Implementation and Optimization: Oversee the implementation and optimization of strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends related to partner relationships.
- Roadmap Development: Define and implement a roadmap aligned with business objectives, services, and products. Collaborate with the wider Partnerships team to successfully onboard partners and their content onto their platforms.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Marketing, Communications, Policy, and regional EMEA counterparts. Collaborate closely with other Partnerships colleagues to seize key industry opportunities globally.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Develop strong relationships with media executives and act as an advocate for partners within the organization.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve business and operational issues with partners. Act as an internal advocate for partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, policy, communications, and sales.
- Industry Engagement: Stay abreast of industry trends and collaborate on key industry opportunities, events, shows, and product launches. Represent our client externally and participate in industry roundtables and meet-ups.
- 8+ years experience in media product management or partner management within a digital / tech context
- Knowledge of the UK media landscape, including TV, Radio, print and digital with an existing network of relationships with senior industry execs
- Experience interacting with Senior C – Level Media partners
