Automation Marketing Manager

Based in London, our client is renowned for its continuing advancements in online technologies that have changed the world. An ambitious, fast-paced forward-thinking company with very creative culture.

They are looking for an Automation Marketing Manager with 4+ years of professional experience working in digital marketing leading campaigns from concept to execution to join them, initially on a 11-month contract.

In this role, you will work with local and international cross functional teams across sales, channel and program marketing, CRM & analytics, development and design; and vendors as required to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Our client is currently conducting all interviews online and is onboarding all new workers remotely.

What will an Automation Marketing Manager do?

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to our small and medium sized advertisers in EMEA, including SEO/SEM, email and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain campaign microsites, portals and landing pages.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (Return on engagement and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on these insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative digital growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create digital campaign content (landing pages, etc.) and optimise user experience.
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

What does the ideal candidate look like?

  • 4+ years of professional experience working in digital marketing leading campaigns from concept to execution.
  • 2+ years in marketing automation (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Solid knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Preferred:

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS.
  • Experience with AB testing of campaigns.
  • Experience writing web copy.
