Ads Campaign Specialist
Our client a leading, international ICT and smart devices provider is looking to hire an Ads Campaign Specialist to join their expanding team in Finland on a 12 month contract. You will have 1-3 years digital marketing experience.

- Organizing in-app campaigns with focus on user acquisition/activation and in-app purchases to boost the throughput of our designer ecosystem’s revenue share model
- Manage for parallel/simultaneous regional & local campaigns the end-to-end processes including: planning, scheduling, budgeting, involving internal/external stakeholders, design asset delivery, execution, promoting, and analysis
- Utilize available & future technical features of our in-app campaign platform to bring fresh and unique campaign ideas to be carried out
- Data analysis to understand user behaviour and psychology
- Optimize campaign tool and product features, with support from internal product development team
You must have as a minimum
- 1-3 years digital marketing experience
- great understanding of ad campaigns or e-commerce or paid social
- great understanding of the EU market
Beneficial, but not a must:
- User acquisition/activation experience
- Experience with mobile applications
- Experience in digital marketing agency
- Data analysis (basic level)
- Experience working for multinationals
