Based in the heart of Dublin’s Silicon Docks (Dublin 2), our client has been at the forefront of changing the internet and online technologies as we know them.

They are looking for an Administrative Business Partner with a minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience, gained within a multinational company, to join them on an 11-month fixed-term contract with a salary range starting from €43,000 per annum.

You will be working on a hybrid basis, so you will have the flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week.

What will you be doing?

  • Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book travel, and schedule facilities and equipment).
  • Be the pulse of the team and a trusted advisor to the Leadership team.
  • Coordinate duties for multiple offices.
  • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations and help define new operational strategies.
  • Improve and define processes and procedures with little or no guidance.
  • Mentor new team members.
  • Serve as a project manager and manage projects of different magnitude.

What do you need?

  • 3+ years of administrative support experience within a multinational company.
  • Experience supporting large teams and multiple stakeholders.
