Administrative Business Partner

Based in the heart of Dublin’s Silicon Docks (Dublin 2), our client has been at the forefront in changing the internet and online technologies as we know it.

They are looking for an Administrative Business Partner with more than 3 years’ experience in direct executive support/administrative operations management gained within a technology or international environment, to join their team until August 2022.

The successful candidate will be an organized and dependable Administrative Business Partner who will be supporting needs of managers and team members of the business operations by resolving operational and administrative issues. The role requires a person who possess strong business judgment, and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

Our client is currently conducting all interviews online and are onboarding all new workers remotely.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks in a timely manner while maintaining careful attention to detail, including calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing and tracking expense reports and meeting organizational deadlines.
  • Partner with your directors to help them scale themselves across their broader organization, often acting as their proxy.
  • Act as a focal point of contact for other departments and external suppliers, appropriately handling confidential information as necessary.
  • Plan, manage, and execute team offsites, events and activities.
  • Ensure successful execution of regularly scheduled domestic and international meetings, events, or projects.
  • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations and help define new operational strategies.
  • Mentor new team members.
  • Serve as a lead for and manager of small projects.

What does the Ideal Candidate look like?

  • 3+ years experience in direct executive support/administrative operations management gained within a technology or international environment
  • Project management/lead experience desirable
