Administrative Assistant (Mandarin)
Our client is a leading international ICT and smart devices provider and is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant (Mandarin) with a BA/MA degree and 6+ months commercial work experience to join their expanding team in Dublin on a 9-month contract.
Our client is currently conducting all interviews online and are onboarding all new workers remotely.

Your role will involve
- Manage payment applications and make weekly payment report.
- Asset management and coordinate with the other two Aspiegel offices.
- Manage stationary, office and kitchen supplies.
- Organize team-building activities and company events.
- Ad hoc responsibilities when required.
You must have as a minimum
- BA/MA graduate with min 6 months commercial work experience.
- Fluent English.
- Fluent Mandarin.
- Good communication and team-work skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications specifically for Outlook and/or Email, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with outsourcing compliance in the Irish market.
- Technical background.
- Experience working with Chinese stakeholders.
