Our client is an independent company with offices around the world that specialize in Infrastructure Advisory and Project Finance. They provide advisory services for a wide range of Infrastructure projects to Private and Public Sector (PPP) Clients.

This company is embarking on their next big venture by opening a global office in Dublin and they are looking for an Administration and Accounting Coordinator of 4-5 years of experience in administration, with a focus on coordination and accounting tasks.

In this role, your responsibilities will be in three main areas: Administration Tasks, Basic Accounting Tasks, and Documentation and MIS.

Your challenge

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for employees.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring participants are informed and provided with necessary materials.
  • Facilitate the passport renewal and visa processing for employees, maintaining updated records.
  • Sort and record bills for record-keeping and further processing.
  • Process payments and reimbursements to employees and third parties in a timely manner.
  • Assist in invoicing and VAT compliances, such as VAT3, VIES, and ARTD filings.
  • Support payroll processing, including payment of payroll taxes, return filings, and reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts, financial statements, and liaise with auditors for statutory audits.
  • Prepare and file corporate tax returns in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Ensure company secretarial compliances, including filing with CRO and annual returns.

About you

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • 4+ years of experience in administration, with a focus on coordination and accounting tasks.
  • Experience and knowledge of Invoicing and VAT Compliances like VAT3, VIES and ARTD filings; payroll processing; accounts payable; preparation of tax returns.
