They’re looking for an Active Directory Support Engineer to join their team on a 12-month contract. Your role will involve providing technical leadership and support to this company’s premier enterprise customers.
This role is fully remote and for the right caniddate our client is wiling to offer a salary of €25,000.

Key Responsibilities

Solve complex technical problems related to Active Directory.

Provide guidance on best practices and ensure adherence to Microsoft standards.

Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall success of projects.
Requirements

Experience in implementing, operating, tuning, and troubleshooting enterprise Windows Active Directory Enterprise Solutions.

Domain controller experience.

Ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships, gain trust, and represent Microsoft professionally.

Good understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) or Service Management principles.

Fluent in English and Spanish.
