WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Technical Expertise: You’ll be the go-to expert in Active Directory, offering solutions to complex technical problems through creative troubleshooting. Your in-depth knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services, replication, performance optimization, and disaster recovery will be crucial.
  • Customer Engagement: Building lasting customer relationships is essential. You’ll communicate with stakeholders at all levels, from CIOs to technical staff, gaining their trust and respect for our company.

  • Technical Training: Sharing knowledge is a key aspect of the role. You’ll help technical staff within client organizations acquire the skills needed to maintain their solutions according to Microsoft’s best practices.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Working proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.

  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Active Directory, including Group Policies, security, administration, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, routing) is a plus.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills to engage effectively with customers in English and Spanish language.
  • Education: A degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • ITIL/Service Management: A good understanding of ITIL/Service Management principles.

DESIRABLE TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:

  • Experience in implementing, operating, tuning, and troubleshooting enterprise Windows Active Directory solutions.
  • Familiarity with identity products such as Microsoft Identity Manager, Active Directory Federated Services, Azure AD Connect, or Azure Active Directory is a bonus.
